Great work Owen. That northern turnpoint seemed a bit out there to me from my days in the Owens but looks like it worked well for you. I want to go back there now.
I flew a no luff lines single surface glider like the ASG-21. Then a UP Mosquito. No O2. In the late 80s with double surface gliders, the comp tasks would send us routinely across Westgard Pass and back. The gliders had half to two thirds of the performance of the topless today. It was cool to watch your flight. It has been decades since I flew the Owens until a friend goaded me to help him fly 100 miles in mid September of 2016. I ended up getting a Sierra 100 miler landing near Dead Man's Summit. I was 69 yrs old. I hope I bump into you at Crestline to personally congratulate you on a Great flight. ~ Butch.
