Powerlines and back + October task - 3rd & 4th run (10/22/17)

Best day of the fall 2017 XC season so far for me in terms of both conditions and my flying. I flew the SB Hoedown October task in a little over 50 minutes (interestingly, flying the high line both ways), then I flew to the power lines and back, before finally flying the task again (egged on by Mitch Riley) and doing so faster than the first time coming in at a little under 45 minutes. One thing of note about this flight is how the deep line up Shadow Ridge worked incredibly well on my way eastbound, allowing me to gain the high line and fly it all the way to Castle Ridge. Neal Michaelis told me about this option on the bus ride up today and it sure payed off during my flight. Mitch basically discovered how well this deep ridge can work and has been flying it a bunch with great success. It's rad if you can stomach having to climb so far back in there. Anyway, this flight might be a personal best for me both in terms of out and back distance and in terms of time spent in the air. The season is certainly heating up :)! Note: I have included Neal's flight which was to the power lines and back as well, but a little earlier and much faster than I did it. Also note that the stated altitude is about 200 feet short of real altitude.
